Our story

2001

The first member of our group, 4Sales Systems Ltd., was registered. The founders had significant experience in IT project management and system organization, primarily in the telco sector. The first goal was to develop IT systems to support sales.

2003

The first employees were hired. The company began to focus on IT project management and consulting. The first major consulting and IT projects were carried out in the commercial, insurance, and energy sectors, as well as for local governments. Our first permanent partner in the field of software development was Webstar Group.

2007

We have taken on significant responsibility in the implementation of large IT projects (over €10 million), with project management and consulting tasks in the areas of tax auditing, treasury and customs.

2010

We have implemented more than 100 EU development projects for our clients, while continuously developing our expertise in the areas of custom IT systems, public registries, and critical economic and healthcare systems. Sonrisa has become our second permanent partner in the field of software development.

2012

We acquired the second largest company in our group, Gép és Gépelem Kft., and began our expansion into the manufacturing and automation market.

2016

We have discontinued our EU grant activities in order to focus 100% on the development of custom IT systems and automation projects.

ASH Kft. became our third permanent software development partner.
Two main engineering departments were established within Gép és Gépelem Kft.: Manufacturing (machining plant) and Automation (comprehensive implementation of industrial automation projects). We significantly expanded the equipment stock of the Manufacturing business unit (spark erosion machine, CNC machine). We commissioned our first large palletizing robot cell consisting of two robots at a large dairy company.

2018

We created the DUSSERGroup brand to leverage group-level synergies—skills gained in managing large projects and implementing complex projects—to grow and achieve results in our markets.

We have developed an integrated legislative system used by Hungarian legislators, the government, and local governments, which supports legislative work from the drafting of legislation through the amendment and adoption processes to publication. We have developed and implemented application management systems for several of our clients.

2021

Following the outbreak of the Covid pandemic, we developed the MVM Group’s integrated OMNIChannel customer service for gas and electricity services and put the underlying data consolidation system into operation.

We delivered two robotized central drilling robot cells to a company operating in the energy sector. Two ABB robots perform workpiece manipulation in the cell, and we also integrated a high-performance laser engraving machine.

We moved to a new, modern production hall in Szekszárd, where we are currently operating. The new production hall is three times larger, allowing us to create a modern development environment. This year, we implemented and delivered several large automation projects, including two robotic foaming robot cells, a heavy roller conveyor belt for transporting pallets, and an automatic NagelClips robot cell.

2023

We founded DUSSERGroup AG, which is based in Switzerland and has Swiss partners.

Within the group, we have created a management and leadership structure that is independent of the owners. We launched the company’s “Refuge” program, which aims to help colleagues who find themselves in unexpected difficult life situations.
We have successfully implemented large-scale IT projects in the energy and media regulation sectors, as well as in the food industry in the field of automation (cheese packaging, palletizing, pallet transport).

2025

We implemented our first major international automation projects in the automotive and engineering industries, while in Hungary we automated the logistics halls of office technology and pharmaceutical companies.
We entered into a partnership with TULIP to introduce MES systems, further strengthening our industrial IT and AI capabilities.

We place great emphasis on innovation and product/service development – we are carrying out several successful projects in the field of AI, primarily in the banking sector.

We have successfully commissioned a significant railway logistics IT system, which we developed in our main business.
