MVM NEXT – MDM and Customer Consolidation System

One of the solutions we have developed supports the consolidation of unified customer data related to gas and electricity services for all residential and business customers managed by MVM Next, and serves, among other things, online and mobile systems that are accessible through the customer portal (KAÜ) and traditional registration.

The consolidation of customer data received from various source systems (SAPs, CRM systems) is 4T for residential customers and authentication-based for business customers, naturally involving numerous data cleansing and standardization steps. Over the years, we have developed hundreds of verification, cleaning, and merging algorithms that are uniquely adapted to domestic language, regional, and naming conventions, while also preparing for the connection, migration, and acquisition of new systems.

Following consolidation, the resulting unified customer base provides a solid foundation for a professional customer experience across various online channels, and as a “by-product,” numerous lists help to correct any data errors, omissions, or inaccuracies detected by the system in the source systems, thus ensuring the continuous cleansing of source data.
