In cooperation with the NMHH, we assessed and understood the challenges inherent in the Authority’s specific operations, for which we first developed a conceptual proposal from a technological, organisational and process development perspective. This was followed by the development and commissioning of the KTR.
The integration of the first group of applications cooperating with the system has been completed, and the organisational and process changes have been implemented. In line with the original plan and in accordance with the NMHH’s priorities, we have also started to integrate additional systems.
The implementation of the KTR project has facilitated the implementation of the NMHH’s digital strategy, resulting in customer service procedures with uniform data content and more accurate reports at various levels, thereby reducing the number of administrative and subsequent data correction tasks arising from data inconsistencies.
