Our application developed for EGIS Gyógyszergyár Zrt. is a tool that supports the documentation, periodic review, modification and distribution of the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Challenge
- Managing the different nomenclatures and access methods of a company with multiple sites
- great emphasis had to be placed on the process of revocation through hierarchical document relationships: expired documents cannot be accessed by normal users.
Solution
The Java-based web-based system effectively supports the creation and approval process of SOP documents, as well as quick access to documents.
The system manages the distribution of paper-based documents stored in it to factory areas where there are no computers available for viewing them, as well as the withdrawal of paper-based copies when they expire.
