Provision of expert resources to support operational review, review of pricing methodology, and preparation of technical (procurement) documentation for specialist systems for NIPÜF Zrt.
The purpose of the NIPÜF specialist system is to provide comprehensive support for regularly performed business processes. Our task was to prepare the technical specifications, which provided the basis for a feasible, sustainable and integrable IT solution for the project.
The system manages and supports the following business processes:
- Implementation of projects aimed at developing industrial parks and facilities
- Sale of industrial parks and facilities, land sales, or long-term lease arrangements,
- Preparation of quotations,
- Reporting requirements,
- Providing information necessary for management decision-making.
The specification used an integrated approach: process support was based on data recorded in the specialist system on the one hand and data from related systems on the other.
Result: A well-defined, commercially viable technical concept that provides the basis for the effective development and implementation of the NIPÜF specialist system.
