Which projects did we play an active role in implementing?
- Earth Observation Information System (FIR)
The main objective of the project was to develop a comprehensive central government capability to provide relevant, detailed, easily accessible and up-to-date earth observation data to public administration, specialist administrative systems, the private sector and Hungarian society as a whole.
We carried out our activities in cooperation with our partner, KÜRT Information Security and Data Recovery Ltd.

The aim of the project was to develop an electronic administration and control system for the grape and wine sector. In order to achieve these goals, in addition to developing the ePincekönyv application, administrative and organisational development tasks were also carried out in parallel with and in constant coordination with the software development tasks.
What activities did we carry out as part of the collaboration?
- Checking the content and quality of project deliverables.
- Checking the quality of the requirements specification and monitoring compliance with the requirements.
- Preparation of a compliance table based on requirements specifications and functional specifications.
- Examination of the development and testing process of custom-developed software.
- Examination of the process of transfer to live operation.
- Documentation of quality assurance activities, preparation of regular and ad hoc reports.
