In recent years, 4Sales has continuously updated the content of its life situation-based information framework. The aim of the system is to provide fast, targeted, and easy-to-understand information to both citizens and businesses about life situations that affect them.
The information framework is based on a user-friendly text content structure that is available on both desktop and mobile platforms. Visitors are guided by simple, easy-to-understand “question chains”:
- to the relevant life situation area, which provides a summary and easy-to-understand introduction to the topic,
- and then to a specific life situation description, which contains the most important information related to the given situation (e.g., marriage, starting a sole proprietorship, termination of employment, primary production, participation in criminal proceedings).
These descriptions contain the most important rules and information in plain language that is easy to understand, including:
- where the matter can be dealt with (indicating the authority, e.g., “Company Court”),
- which laws are most important from the perspective of the given life situation.
Ahol érdemi jogszabályváltozás nem volt, ott a szövegek praktikus, a felhasználók számára értékes kiegészítésekkel bővültek, tovább növelve a rendszer gyakorlati hasznosságát.
