The following activities were carried out during the project:
The following main professional processes/task groups belong to the TKI Wages and Labor Affairs department:
- Application/assignment: in relation to supported research groups, hiring natural persons/concluding contracts after a successful application
- Related item: hiring staff for the TKI office
- Termination: as a counterpart to the previous process, closing the application / assignment
- Modification of (employment) contract: handling changes in job description, status, working hours, etc., extending / modifying contracts
- Leave record keeping
- Payroll accounting
- Keeping/managing statistics: internal and external, regular/standard and ad hoc, data reports to be prepared for management or external requirements, as well as keeping the staff table
- Supporting the training system
– issuing tax certificates, checking tax allowances,
– managing study contracts,
– registering company phones
– immigration tasks related to foreign researchers
– registering retired employees
As part of the project, 4Sales Systems Kft. provided a brief methodological summary of the BPMN methodology and its recommended applications and directions for TKI. The methodological information documentation was handed over to TKI.
As part of the project, 4Sales Systems Kft. reviewed the current audit trails of TKI’s Payroll and Labor Affairs department and, in line with the organizational and management model, developed proposals for their further development, taking into account the relevant government methodological recommendations and, of course, the provisions laid down in Government Decree 370/2011. (XII. 31.) on the internal control system and internal audit of budgetary agencies.
