During the project, we provided comprehensive expert advice on public procurement procedures related to the purchase of IT equipment. The activities carried out covered the following main areas:

- Collection, systematization, and quality assurance of IT equipment requirements submitted by research groups.
- Preparation of the necessary technical specifications, clarification of requirements, and professional justification of the subject of procurement.
Providing expertise during the public procurement process
- Providing professional support for the public procurement process, with particular regard to ensuring expertise on the subject of the procurement.
- Providing support in responding to additional information requests.
- Assisting in the compilation of missing documents.
- Preparation of professional evaluations for the sound assessment of bids.
