Hungarian State Treasury – KTÖRZS (Public Registry System)

The comprehensive development and maintenance of the IT system of the Public Register System (KTÖRZS) operated by the Hungarian State Treasury was and is currently being carried out by 4Sales Systems Kft.

The system supports the nationally certified management of the registry records of budgetary agencies, local governments, public bodies and other legal entities at both the central and regional (county) levels.

The main modules of the system are:

Process management and administration module
Query and statistics module
External relations and data provider interfaces (e.g. NAV, KSH, ÁSZ, MNB, etc.)
ÁNYK integration and document management connections
Application and user management, parameterisation

The system ensures up-to-date registration of public interest and authentic master data, support for administration through the official gateway, and standardised and secure data connections between state institutions.
