The National Legislation Database provides a separate interface in the Written Communication Module for Legality Supervision (TFIK) for written communication between the minister responsible for the legality supervision of local governments, the government office and the local government in relation to the legality supervision of local governments.
Challenge
One of the biggest challenges during the project was to transfer a complex and sensitive administrative process entirely to an electronic platform, while ensuring legal compliance, data security, and the accurate management of user roles and permissions. Integrating and renewing the existing CRM system and ensuring the scalability of the system for hundreds of local government users posed a particular challenge.
Solution
The project was implemented in three phases:
- Development of basic functions and architecture
- Expansion of functionality and improvement of usability
- Integration and completion of processes
With the launch of the TFÍK module, electronic support for legal compliance procedures has been successfully implemented, which not only reduces the administrative burden but also makes communication between central and local actors more transparent and efficient.
Quantifiable results
The system is used by more than 6,000 users in all government offices and local governments for their daily work. NJT-TFÍK has contributed to the submission of more than 600,000 minutes and 70,000 decrees. It also supports the OSAP (National Statistical Data Collection Programme) 1621 and 1622 data reports.
