MVM – OMNI Channel

Our team has successfully completed the largest master data consolidation project in the Hungarian public utility sector, integrating millions of customer records from multiple SAP systems.

As a result, the user base of the MVM Next OMNI mobile application has already exceeded 2 million, significantly reducing the workload of personal and telephone customer services. Customer services also work continuously in this OMNI system. It is also very important to note that our system manages the data and energy services of virtually the entire Hungarian residential and business customer base, handling 10 million customer records and tens of thousands of transactions every day.
