The web-based application management system developed for NFFKÜ manages applications supporting energy development projects available to both the general public and service providers.
Challenge
The biggest challenges of the project:
- creating user-friendly, fast interfaces for a large number of potential applicants
- providing maximum support for the sponsor side with system functions for the efficient management of a significant number of applications,
- managing applications mapped in the system in parallel with the development of system functions,
- Prior to the development of the system, the NFFKÜ used a separate system for each application scheme to support applications. In contrast, the system we developed provides a general submission and support interface for managing applications with different schemes in a single system.
Solution
In the developed web-based specialist system, applications are mapped with the involvement of the application developers to ensure rapid application display.
In order to ensure efficient work, two separate interfaces have been created:
- submission-optimised interfaces on the Applicant Portal,
- interfaces supporting verification and general administration on the Support Portal.
The system maps a process whose elements can be disabled on a case-by-case basis for each scheme, thereby supporting the specific needs of each scheme.
Quantified results
- Potentially usable by the entire population (depending on the scheme)
- 5 modelled application schemes
