IT projects often give rise to disputes between the client and suppliers: interpretation of requirements, exceeding the scope of the project, communication difficulties. These problems can pose a risk to the successful completion of the project.
Solution
As part of our quality assurance activities, we:
- Identifying deficiencies and risks on both the client and supplier sides.
- Representing an independent, professionally supported position, even vis-à-vis the Customer, if their requirements are not compatible with the project requirements.
- Moderating communication between the client and suppliers: preventing misunderstandings, managing disputes, and promoting cooperation.
- Reviewing regulations and making proposals for updating and supplementing the institution’s IT regulatory environment.
