Integrating and renewing the existing CRM system and ensuring the scalability of the system for hundreds of local government users posed a particular challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solution\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The project was implemented in three phases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Development of basic functions and architecture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expansion of functionality and improvement of usability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration and completion of processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>With the launch of the TF\u00cdK module, electronic support for legal compliance procedures has been successfully implemented, which not only reduces the administrative burden but also makes communication between central and local actors more transparent and efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quantifiable-results\">Quantifiable results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The system is used by more than 6,000 users in all government offices and local governments for their daily work. NJT-TF\u00cdK has contributed to the submission of more than 600,000 minutes and 70,000 decrees.
