MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015

Quality management

Since January 2006 our company has been operating a quality management system based on the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 standard for business consultancy (marketing and communication consultancy, awareness-raising, quality assurance).
Full management and operation of environmental, IT and other projects co-financed by the European Union and implemented under all operational programmes, as well as national and international funding. IT consulting, IT quality assurance, IT system development. We expect our suppliers to accept our quality requirements and meet our standards.

The main objectives of our quality management system according to MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 are

To become a major consultancy and project management service provider in the municipal and multinational, large corporate segment in Hungary;
To maintain and increase customer satisfaction at a high level;
to provide a stable, reliable service;
to increase the efficient operation of the organisation;
to keep the number of discrepancies and complaints low;
to implement and operate a quality management system MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2015;
to make our customers see us as a reliable, problem-solving, competent company.
